What Would You Do if Your Teacher Had a Killer Robot?

A teacher in San Diego county quit after she was investigated for speaking to her students about programming a killer robot to shoot them. The school district thought it would cost too much to fire her so they opted to pay her 9,200 dollars if she quit.

She denies ever saying anything about the robot. She even had the superintendent write a letter vouching for eligibility of teaching in an interactive setting.

The students say she would warn them of her of killer robot every time they were mischievous.

Parents of the school district are scared for the safety of their kids. I for one find it obscured that students would be harshly punished if they ever said such a thing, but a teacher gets paid a large settlement for quitting. She deserves to be ineligible to work in any other schools. The district definitely should’ve taken more desperate measures against her.
