Q: When is learning how to give an ultrasound like using a Taser? A: When you attend Florida Valencia!

Could you imagine your mother forcing you to get a pap smear, now this is common among teenagers having sex and parents being worried about it, especially with all the STD’S out there. Now imagine your college forcing you to get probed. Even then it sounds ridiculous–but now two college students claimed to have been forced to endure vaginal probes for a medical training program–and threatened with being professionally blacklisted, and failed in their classes if they refused to do so.

Florida Valencia State College has had a lawsuit filed against them. Students claimed they had to have procedures done every so often, as according to NBC news. When students had issues with this they went to the schools program chair and she told them they could go to another school is they refused to be probed. In another quote found on NBC’s news article it was stated that “In some cases, the student would have to sexually ‘stimulate’ Plaintiffs in order to facilitate inserting the probe into Plaintiffs’ vaginas. Plaintiffs experienced discomfort and embarrassment each time they had to endure this forced probing of their sexual organs.”

All students were involved in an ultrasound technician training program; in all this is a very bad publicity for the college, being involved in a case like this and all.
