Since spring is approaching (OK, slowly approaching), it’s time soon for the opening of your beef packages and hotdog packages. So what are some good hamburger tips? Number one, PUT SOME FLAVAA IN YA BURGA–add onions, and habanero peppers to your hamburger meat. Restaurants serve Jack Daniels (R) (TM) but you could get some flavor by adding–er I mean, having an adult add some tequila to your meat for an extra kick. Also remember prior to cooking your burger, use your thumb to make an indentation in the middle, so the juices of your meat seep into your burger making it juicy.
You could also make a delicious garlic sauce to add to ya buns.
Since it is still (raaaaage!) snowing, and your grill might still be buried, let’s reconsider some indoor cooking. Like spaghetti, there is this hot new machine that allows you to put any vegetable in it and it will string it out like pasta. Making zucchini pasta, which is very delicious. We’re not done yet if you love s’mores you WILL love s’mores waffles or pancakes, just experiment with your pancakes. Add apples, and cheese, something to spruce it up. Or make a chicken breast, and on top get a block of mozzarella cheese chop a thick to thin slice whatever you’re into, and add tomato, spinach and drizzle vinegar on top. Now that tastes good.
Whatever you like just remember work out or get fat.

Preheat a grill for medium heat. When hot, lightly oil the grate. In a medium bowl, stir together the jalapenos and cream cheese.
Divide the ground beef into 16 portions and pat out each one to 1/4 inch thickness. Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of 8 of the patties. Top with the remaining patties, pressing the edges together to seal.
Grill for about 10 minutes per side, or until well done, taking care not to press down on the burgers as they cook. This will make the cheese ooze out. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
