Boys’ Fall Sports Update: Heading for Sectional Success?

The Warriors Varsity football team is currently 4-1 so far with a 3-0 divisional record and are currently second in the class A national division. Also, the boys are ranked 16th in the class “A” of New York state. The boys  are led by captains Senior offensive lineman Kaleb Loar, Junior quarterback Densel Barnes, Junior running back Connor Brown and Junior linebacker Daquan Brown. The football coaching staff is lead by head coach Cory Marsell and assisted by Matt Armes, Kevin Smith and Chad Johnson. According to Senior defensive tackle Dylan Brown,“The seasons looks promising and I have never been part of a better football team.”

The boys Varsity soccer team is off to a great start with a 10-2 record and posting the same divisional record. The boys are currently ranked 24th in New York state. They are led by captains Senior Danny Angelo, Senior Ben Godin and Junior Kyle Smith. The Warrior Ink staff interviewed Junior Marley Teague to elaborate on how the seasons is going. Teague responded with,“The season is going very well; we have only lost [twice] but it has started slow.”

The boys cross country team is off to promising start with a 2-1 record as well as the same divisional record. They are led by Senior captains Eric Crow and Felix Garcia. When asked by the Warrior Ink staff about the season, coach Bobbie Trudeau said,“It has been a good season so far with a lot of new runners with a ton of potential.” Coach Trudeau also said “Sophomore Austin Millisor and Freshman Dominik Sullivan are running great.”
