How Bout Them Cowboys?

Any NFL fans to refer to America’s team as the Cowgirls in the recent years have certainly been eating their words this season. Standing at 6-1 with their only loss coming at the hands of the 49ers, Dallas has seemed pretty dominant this season. In addition their impressive defensive the Cowboys have possibly the best offense in the league. Running Back DeMarco Murray alone has more rushing yards than 28 other entire teams. Murray has set an NFL record as the only player in history to start a season with seven straight games with at least 100 rushing yards and is the leading candidate for league MVP. Tony Romo has a passer rating of 104.7, putting him amongst the top five in quarterback ratings and is in the top ten in passing yards. Many fans were highly upset when Romo signed a 6yr $108 million contract a few years back with only one playoff win on his record. But with this strong of a start, things may just be looking up as the Cowboys continue their pursuit to their first Superbowl appearance since 1995. Dallas currently has the best record in the league and is starting to shine over other SuperBowl favorites who have started with a poor records like New Orleans, Chicago, and defending champions the Seattle Seahawks who currently sit at .500.
