Jameis is in more trouble

Jameis Winston, Florida State’s former star quarterback seems to be unable to stay out of trouble ever since he came into the spotlight.

From being benched during the Clemson game for yelling out a very inappropriate phrase in front of the student body, to being accused of rape back in December 2012.

Problems that are starting to come back to haunt him. The women that Winston allegedly raped filing a civil suit against him on Thursday in Florida state court in Orlando.

Erika Kinsman, a former Florida State student who said that Winston raped her in his off-campus apartment, accused him of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kinsman and her attorney demanding damages up $15,000. Winston’s attorney, David Cornwell says he wasn’t surprised about the civil lawsuit. Winston was never criminally charged in the alleged incident. “This stunt was expected. Ms. Kinsman’s false accusations have already been exposed and rejected six times. This time will be no different,” Cornwell said.

Jameis Winston, the 2013 Heisman Trophy winner, and suspected to be one of the first players drafted in this season’s NFL draft will have many NFL coaches looking at this and deciding whether or not they want someone with as much off field troubles like he has.
