Hunter Doxtater is in the class of 2021 at Indian River. He’s got quite a few things on his resume. In October of 2019 he started volunteering at the Indian River ambulance squad. The satisfaction he gets from helping others in need fills him with happiness. Speaking of helping people, this was the first year Hunter has gone on a surgical mission in Haiti with North East Hope for Haiti. Hunter has always been interested in music - being in band since 6th grade, playing the trumpet and joining marching band switching to the tenors and having a drum set at home. He’s not just a band nerd, he also does track and has a second degree black belt in taekwondo. Hunter eventually wants to be a firefighter.
